Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are happy to help you regarding your feedback and concerns about services purchased from us. Therefore we have a “refund and cancellation policy”. In case if you are not happy with our services or have any concerns then use our contact form.

Please read the guidelines governing the refund and cancellation policy.

1. If you wish to cancel your account, please login to your payment account e.g. stripe, paypal etc. and cancel the subscription there.

2. Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month.

3. You can upgrade or downgrade your package at any time, however, our company will not issue refunds nor prorated refunds at all.

4. If you stop using your package in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term.

5. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service(s) for any reason, without notice at any time.

6. Fraud: Without limiting any other remedies, we may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

7. Note: Account Cancellation - No refunds are offered, even if a plan is canceled mid-month. offers a non-tangible irrevocable product & service and as such our company will not issue refunds once payment is completed, product has been accessed and service has been received.

As a customer, we would like you to understand that it is your responsibility to understand this upon purchasing our product & service at our site.

Despite this, we truly understand that there are exceptional circumstances that can take place with respect to the characteristics and features of the product and/or service we offer.

We will accept refund requests on the following reasons:

Non-delivery of the product
Since we offer an online service and our product is non-tangible, failing to deliver means: you didn’t get a subscription link after payment has been made. In such cases, you should contact our support noting of the problem within 3 days from the order placing date. Our support is available for you live, via email; otherwise, the service will be considered received and active.

Product not as described
Such cases should be reported to our support within 5 days from the date of the purchase. You should provide clear evidence and proof that the purchased product & service is not as described in our website/sales page ( We will not accept nor honour complaints which are based on the client’s false expectations or wishes. Hence, there should be no false expectations of our service and/or product, and we will not honour requests for refunds due to customer false expectations and/or wishes.

Third Party incompatibility
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our product with some third-party software (either plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, servers, extensions, blockchains, networks etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.

Unresolvable Technical Issues
An example of this would be the inability of our server to run the software. This only applies to 100% of non-functional services/products. This does not apply to performance issues.

Monthly Billing, Cancellation, and Refund Policies
We charge and collect in advance for use of the SaaS service. All services rendered are non-refundable. Once a customer selects a subscription plan and provides billing information, We will calculate a pro-rated amount with the first payment due on signing.

All subscriptions monthly, quarterly and yearly renew automatically on their due renewal date according to date of purchase until officially cancelled by the customer. Customers may cancel anytime by cancelling the subscription in the payment account with which the payment was performed, like PayPal, Stripe etc.

Customers will receive an email form the payment proccessor confirming that their subscription to the SaaS service has been cancelled.

Important: No refunds or credits for partial months, quarters or years of service will be refunded to a customer upon cancellation.

All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities, and the customer is responsible for payments of all such taxes, levies, or duties.

The fees that we charge for the monthly, quarterly, or yearly services exclude phone, and Internet access charges, as well as other data transmission charges. Any currency exchange settlements are based on the customer's agreement with the payment method provider. To be clear: these charges are the customer's responsibility.

Customers can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plan for the SaaS services at any time. Any upgrade can be made in the dashboard by choosing the plan/service the customer wants to upgrade. For a downgrade in your subscription, the customer has to cancel the subscription by the payment processor with which the payment was processed.

The chosen method of billing will automatically be charged the new subscription rate on the next billing cycle.

With regards to downgrades on a subscription, we do not issue refunds or credits for partial months of service.

We reserves the right to refuse/cancel a subscription to any of the SaaS services bought from, If we refuse a new or renewing subscription/membership, registrants will be offered a refund on prorata basis of pending days in subscription plan bought.

These above policies apply to all the SaaS services listed on our website unless otherwise noted in the corresponding program materials.
